Cancellation policy

For individual consultations , whether in-person or digital, cancellations are free of charge up to the day before the scheduled time. For cancellations on the same day or failure to attend the agreed time, half of the cost will be charged.

If you need to cancel on the same day, please contact us as soon as possible so we can see if we can find a replacement time. In that case, there will be no extra cost.

The following terms and conditions apply when registering for training courses :

• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Selling Act, provided that the course has not already started.
• If you book a physical training day, you can cancel without charge up to 7 days before the course starts. After that, the full course fee will be charged.
• For digital courses (that start immediately after purchase), there is no right of withdrawal if you have actively agreed to the course starting immediately.
• You can transfer your place to another person at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the start.
