Psychotherapy, couples therapy
Psychotherapy, couples therapy
Reception in Stockholm, in Vara or digitally.
Psychotherapy is for you if you experience psychological symptoms or distress – for example anxiety, worry, low mood, stress, or difficulties in relationships.
It may involve mental health problems, but just as often issues of relationships, self-esteem, sexuality, and personal growth.
In our sessions, we work to understand the patterns behind your symptoms and to find new ways of relating to them.
I am a registered psychologist with over 25 years of experience in adult psychiatry and, since 2024, national psychologist for the Swedish Schizophrenia Association. My approach is behavioural (practical tools and behaviour change) with an existential foundation – ultimately, it’s about how you wish to live and choose direction in your life.
What to expect
We begin with a review of your current situation. I then outline how we can work together and give an estimate of the time involved. For many people, 3–10 sessions are sufficient, depending on the issues at hand. From the start, you’ll know what the process looks like and what it costs. Naturally, you may end the therapy whenever you wish – there’s no commitment to a fixed number of sessions.
- Single session: 45–55 minutes
- Fee: SEK 1,490 per session (VAT added for company invoicing)
