Prices and payment
For each product, good or service, it is explicitly stated whether the price includes VAT. The total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment, is shown before payment is made.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) is valid for 14 days. Your notification to us must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract concerns a custom-made product – or a product that has been clearly personalized – the cooling-off period begins on the day we provided the information.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The service has been started during the cooling-off period with your consent, the goods cannot be returned due to their nature, the seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the goods in the same condition as when you received them. You must not use them, but you may, of course, examine them carefully. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you will lose your right of return.
Satisfaction and Professional Standards
We take great care to ensure that every course and session maintains a high professional and ethical standard.
If, for any reason, you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of a training or therapy session, please contact us within 7 days.
We will review the matter individually and, where appropriate, offer a refund or another form of resolution.
Deliveries
The delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated with the respective item. Unclaimed packages are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, dispatch fee and handling fee, currently 150:-.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not COD (cash on delivery). For exchanges, we will pay the new shipping costs from us to you.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must,
If it concerns a product: send or return it to us.
If it concerns a service: please keep the material available to us, if it is not too much trouble for you.
Repayment obligation:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have regretted your purchase. You must pay the return costs yourself when sending the goods back. We always pay the return costs for sending back so-called replacement goods.
