✂️ Exposure in small doses – why new experiences are what change the most, and how you can practice staying put, but with support.
🗣️ Practical exercises and conversation training – we illustrate and try out concrete ways to deal with anxiety, change avoidance behaviors, and create new opportunities. You get the chance to try it yourself, if you want.
