This package contains a shorter "mini manual" in Swedish as well as the parts needed to carry out the exercises in IPT-k.
The manual contains instructions for all exercises in IPT-k.
It is called Reading Instructions for the larger manual which is in English and contains page references to it.
This is the same material that can be downloaded electronically on this page.

Please note that this package contains the bundles you see in the picture. The print is on a thick, good quality material, but it is not cut out. It is supplied in A4 format, so you will need to cut or trim the material yourself before use.
